Accepted Payment Methods: Visa & Mastercard (3D Secure enabled)


1. Payment Methods

Orren.biz accepts payments exclusively through:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

All transactions must be completed using a payment card issued in your name or with your authorized use.

We do not accept:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers
  • Cryptocurrencies
  • Debit cards or prepaid cards not supported by Visa/Mastercard networks

2. 3-D Secure (3DS) Authentication

For all qualifying transactions, Orren.biz requires 3-D Secure (3DS) authentication.
This is a mandatory security step used by Visa and Mastercard to verify the identity of the cardholder.

3DS may require you to:

  • Confirm via your bank’s mobile app
  • Enter a one-time password (OTP)
  • Use biometrics (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition)
  • Complete an SMS or app-based verification

Transactions may be declined if 3DS authentication fails or is not completed.


3. PSD2 / SCA Compliance

Orren.biz operates in compliance with:

  • PSD2 (Revised Payment Services Directive)
  • SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) rules in applicable regions

This means:

  • Additional authentication is required for most online purchases
  • Low-value exemption may not apply, depending on your bank
  • Your bank may require identity confirmation even for saved cards

4. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through approved PCI-DSS–compliant payment service providers.

We do not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data.

Payment processing includes:

  • Authorization
  • Fraud monitoring
  • Transaction confirmation
  • Funds holding (until order status is finalized)

5. Charges, Fees & Currency

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Your bank may apply additional currency exchange fees depending on your region.
  • Orren.biz does not charge hidden fees.
  • Platform or service fees (where applicable) will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Payment Holds & Verification

Orren.biz may temporarily place a hold on funds if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Transaction risks are detected
  • Verification is required
  • A dispute or chargeback is filed

We reserve the right to manually review and validate high-risk transactions.


7. Failed Payments

A payment may fail due to:

  • 3DS authentication failure
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card restrictions
  • Incorrect card details
  • Bank security rules

Users must provide a valid payment card to access paid services.


8. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) are issued only back to the original Visa or Mastercard used for payment.

Refund processing times:

  • Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the card issuer
  • Orren.biz cannot accelerate bank refund timelines

Refunds are subject to the platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.


9. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Orren.biz may suspend or terminate your account
  • Ongoing services may be paused
  • Funds may be withheld pending investigation

Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Forfeiture of platform access
  • Legal action in severe cases

10. Security

We implement strong security measures including:

  • TLS/SSL encrypted connections
  • Tokenized card handling
  • SCA/3DS protections
  • Anti-fraud monitoring

Your card details are never stored on Orren.biz servers.
