Welcome to Orren.biz (“Orren”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital services marketplace located at orren.biz (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Orren.biz.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, sell, or purchase on Orren.biz.
By using the Platform, you certify that you:

- Are using the Platform for lawful purposes

2. Definitions

“Seller” – a registered user offering digital services, digital goods, or freelance deliverables.
“Buyer” – a registered user purchasing services or digital goods.
“Listing” – a service or digital product published on Orren.biz.
“Order” – a legally binding purchase request by a Buyer.
“Deliverables” – files, services, digital assets, or outputs provided by Sellers.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Orren.biz may suspend or terminate any account for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicious activity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Use of the Platform

Orren.biz acts as a facilitator connecting Buyers and Sellers.
Orren.biz is not a party to any service agreement between Buyers and Sellers.
Orren.biz does not guarantee service quality, timeliness, or Seller performance.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Sell or buy illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials without proper rights
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
Post misleading or fraudulent listings
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Payments, Fees & Payouts

Buyers must pay for Orders upfront using available payment methods.
Orren.biz charges a platform fee on each Seller transaction.
Payouts to Sellers occur after Buyer acceptance or dispute resolution windows close.
Orren.biz may hold funds if:
- Fraud is suspected
- A dispute is open
- Verification is pending

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Buyers may request cancellation before the Seller starts work.
Refunds may be issued if:
- The Seller fails to deliver
- The deliverables violate the Listing description
- Trademark or copyright violations are verified
Refunds are processed via the original payment method when possible.

8. Disputes Between Users

Orren.biz provides a mediation process but does not guarantee outcomes.
Evidence may be requested from both parties.
Orren.biz reserves the right to issue refunds, partial refunds, or uphold Seller payment.

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers must own all rights to the content they sell or must have proper licensing.
Unless otherwise stated in a Listing, Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables.
Copyright ownership may be transferred only if explicitly stated in writing.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by Orren.biz’s Privacy Policy, which outlines data handling, storage, and user rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

Orren.biz is not liable for:

Lost profits
Data loss
Buyer or Seller misconduct
Downtime or service interruptions
Unauthorized account access

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Orren.biz in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Orren.biz may terminate or suspend accounts with or without notice for:

Violating these Terms
Illegal activity
Repeated disputes or chargebacks
Harmful behavior

Users may delete their accounts through the dashboard.

13. Changes to Terms

Orren.biz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Orren.biz is legally registered. Users agree to resolve disputes in the corresponding courts.

SELLER TERMS (Detailed Section)

1. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

Provide accurate service descriptions
Deliver work on time according to the agreed schedule
Maintain professional communication
Comply with intellectual property laws
Avoid using third-party content unless licensed
Not redirect Buyers off the Platform

2. Quality Standards

Sellers agree to:

Deliver original, high-quality work
Fix reasonable Buyer-requested revisions when related to Listing promises
Refrain from submitting low-effort, auto-generated, or misleading deliverables

3. Earnings & Withdrawals

Sellers receive earnings after Orren.biz’s clearance period.
Sellers are responsible for declaring income, taxes, and reporting obligations.
Payout thresholds, methods, and processing times may vary by region.

4. Seller Ratings & Reviews

Buyers may leave reviews based on service experience.
Orren.biz may remove reviews that violate platform policies but does not guarantee removal.

5. Seller Violations

Violations may result in:

Account warnings
Listing removal
Earnings hold
Permanent ban

BUYER TERMS (Detailed Section)

1. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

Provide accurate requirements and instructions
Communicate respectfully
Respond within reasonable timeframes
Not request illegal, unethical, or prohibited content

2. Ordering

Buyers must review Listings carefully before ordering.
Requirements must be submitted clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

3. Revisions

Buyers may request revisions based on Listing terms.
Excessive, new-scope, or unreasonable revisions may incur additional charges.

4. Payment and Refunds

Buyers acknowledge:

Payment is held securely until delivery confirmation
Refunds are issued only under platform guidelines
Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension

5. Buyer Conduct

Buyers may not:

Coerce Sellers for free work
Request off-platform transactions
Harass or manipulate Sellers
